Arrive is a design language system that I pitched to leadership to help define an aspirational direction for HomeAway's brand throughout the product. The company was re-branding in the coming months and there was a missing sense of adventure that comes with the travel industry.
In addition to a reworked visual system built with principles in mind, my team and I used this project to prototype features to address some of our users most glaring points of friction.
This project was conceptualized, designed and presented by myself and my business partner at Awake, Phi Hoang for HomeAway. Some of the original ideas made it into production, but most of it helped influence design decisions in building a new foundation for HomeAway's Design Language.
